Age restrictions apply: AirCool Florida does not allow minors under 18 years of age to use the Service. We make every effort to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services may not be shocking, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be removed from our database as soon as we are notified. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded immediately and the product in question will be required to be returned.
Article 2: Placing the order
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 3: Price
Prices are indicated in dollars, excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that indicated at the time of placing the order.

Payment is due immediately on the order date, this includes pre-sale products.
Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation and authorization checks by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Article 6: Delivery of the Service Adquire
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (so please pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter).
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our facilities. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary to ensure that you still receive your product or are refunded in accordance with your warranty.

If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
